National Professional Qualification Middle Leadership

In collaboration with the NPQ licence holder Best Practice, OTSA is delighted to be able to offer the National Professional Qualification for Middle Leadership (NPQML) across Oxfordshire.

The NPQML is designed for middle leaders who have, or are building, their experience in a middle leadership post in educational establishments.

The programme is appropriate for middle leaders with the responsibility of leading a team such as key stage, curriculum, pastoral, subject leaders or heads of departments. The NPQML is appropriate for EYFS, primary, secondary and special school teachers.

There are many ways to gain the NPQML:-
