Thursday 31st March 2017, Cheney School 4.30pm to 7pm,
Teach Meet is a fun and informal environment for teachers that gives you a platform to network, share examples of good practice, innovations and personal insights for effective learning. It’s a fantastic opportunity to find out what your colleagues have been doing in their classrooms that has really made their class tick and has had a huge and positive effect on their students’ progression. You can have the floor for 5 minutes to present to your colleagues anything to do with Science but in a fun and entertaining way! Don’t want to present? Come along, watch and enjoy the programme of events. For more information and to book, click on the link below.
The Oxfordshire Science Learning Partnership (SLP) is led by Claire Hamnett and Cheney School on behalf of OTSA. The SLP provides opportunities for teachers and technicians working with pupils aged 5 – 19 to enhance their professional skills. This takes the form of co-ordinating networks and network meetings, as well as providing a range of high quality, nationally developed, CPD delivered by highly experienced practitioners working in OTSA partner schools.
A wide range of bespoke CPD can be tailored to meet the specific needs of individual or clusters of schools. The benefits of this approach are that you can involve multiple teachers which can make the CPD more effective and the CPD can be more tailored to the specific needs of your school.
Please contact Claire Hamnett, SLP Leader, to discuss your CPD needs.
