Aspiration           Collaboration          Excellence

Oxfordshire Headteachers' Conference

8-10 March 2017

The 2017 annual Headteachers' Conference has been organised in response to the very helpful evaluations made by delegates who attended in 2016.

For those heads new to Oxfordshire, this will be an excellent opportunity for you to meet and network with colleagues to discuss those all-important issues that you share in common.

The event will offer high quality professional development, including presentations on behaviourism, the learning brain, and coping with school leadership and management issues in difficult times.

OTSA is a growing partnership of Oxfordshire schools, Oxfordshire County Council, The University of Oxford, Oxford Brookes University and other significant educational organisations. Our vision is that by bringing together the strengths of all OTSA partners we have a unique opportunity to develop a sustainable culture of aspiration, collaboration and excellence leading to a world class education for all young people in Oxfordshire.

OTSA works in a number of key areas - listed in the menu on the left.

Strategic Partner schools and organisations take responsibility for delivery of a specific area of work within at least one key area in which they have particular expertise. Partner schools contribute to, or participate in, at least one of the areas.

There are over 260 schools working with OTSA in 2016/17. The OTSA Partnership Descriptors describe in more detail the vision for each area of activity, and gives examples of how your school or organisation might become involved in the work of the Alliance.
