Induction training videos
It is a requirement of registration with OTSA that all ECTs, induction tutors and lead induction tutors complete ECT induction training at the beginning of the induction period.
The training may be completed at live online training sessions in the summer and autumn terms (free), at a bespoke training session in your school (£300) or by watching the videos below. To watch all of the videos will take just under one hour.

It is a requirement of registration with OTSA that all ECTs, induction tutors and lead induction tutors complete training about statutory ECT induction at the beginning of the induction period.
Please complete the online form below to confirm you have completed the training by watching the videos.
We will record this on ECT manager as evidence that you have completed the training. Submitting the form confirms that you have understood the requirements of statutory induction, however, if you have any remaining questions please note them below and we will contact you. Non-completion of the form may have implications for the successful completion of induction at the final assessment.
