We know that the quality of teaching has a significant impact on the outcomes and life chances of young people.

OTSA provides services to partner schools to support the recruitment of highly qualified and effective teachers and support staff. This includes running a job board, an applicant pool, a database of post-16 freelance teachers, recruitment fairs and supporting other innovative projects such as the Maternity Teacher Paternity Teacher Project and the annual Racial Equity Network Dinner. We also run occasional online and face to face events with a focus on supporting schools with recruitment and retention.
