New OTSA Racial Equity Network Lead Appointed

We are very excited to be working with Isabel and are looking forward to growing the network this year, as we develop plans to further support the recruitment and retention of a diverse workforce.

Dear esteemed colleagues and stakeholders,
I am delighted to introduce myself as the newly appointed Racial Equity Network Lead for OTSA.
This role is an opportunity to work with you in fostering greater equality, diversity, and representation across our schools – work I feel passionately about. Together, I believe we can make a meaningful difference for colleagues and communities across the Oxfordshire hub.
Over the coming months, I will be reaching out to schools to hear your voices and grow the network in a way that reflects our shared priorities. Updates will be shared via the OTSA website and newsletters as we build towards our first Racial Equity Network event later this academic year.
